1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between sw418 ("sw418", "we", "us", "our") and the individual ("Player", "User", "you") accessing or using any services provided through the sw418 website and associated platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the sw418 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances across all duplicate accounts. sw418 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
sw418 is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal, sw418 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. sw418 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is successfully completed.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sw418 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. sw418 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any transaction completed using your login credentials will be treated as authorized by you.
You agree to notify sw418 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. sw418 will take reasonable steps to investigate reported breaches; however, sw418 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
sw418 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. Players are advised not to access their sw418 account from public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices without taking appropriate precautions.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
sw418 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are detailed on the sw418 deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Deposits credited in error must be reported to sw418 support immediately — any wagering or withdrawal of erroneously credited funds before their return is prohibited.
sw418 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. sw418 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings or unused deposit amounts not subject to active bonus wagering requirements. sw418 aims to process GCash and e-wallet withdrawals for verified accounts within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days. sw418 reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods, for security reviews, or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on sw418 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Players funding accounts via cryptocurrency (USDT) agree that conversions to PHP are performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and sw418 is not liable for currency exchange fluctuations.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
sw418 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your sw418 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated at the time of bonus issuance. Games contribute differently to wagering requirement clearance — live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages.
Bonus Abuse: sw418 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk, balanced betting strategies intended to exploit bonus terms; the creation of multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times; or systematic exploitation of technical errors or loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, sw418 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and terminate the account.
Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds after their expiry period are automatically removed from the account. sw418 shall have no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games offered through sw418 are operated by licensed third-party game providers including, without limitation, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spadegaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules available within the game interface. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time physical processes (in the case of live dealer games). sw418 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session — including but not limited to: server disconnection, game freezing, or display errors — the relevant game round may be declared void by sw418. Bets placed during a voided round will be refunded to your sw418 wallet. sw418 is not liable for any purported winnings associated with a technical malfunction.
sw418 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game has been compromised, that a player has exploited a software error, or that collusion has occurred between players in a multiplayer game environment.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sw418 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with sw418 games or the betting interface;
- Exploiting software bugs, display glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
- Colluding with other players, including in poker or other player-versus-player games, to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using sw418 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Accessing sw418 using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions where sw418 services are not offered;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from sw418 software or games;
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the sw418 platform;
- Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sw418 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sw418 content.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sw418, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the sw418 Platform; unauthorized access to your account; interruptions or errors in the sw418 service; or any matter otherwise related to your use of sw418 services.
sw418 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. sw418 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law. In such jurisdictions, sw418's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
sw418 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with sw418, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sw418 collects personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Personal data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. Closure requests do not extinguish any obligation already incurred prior to the effective date of account closure.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and sw418 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of written notice.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, transaction records, or account status, sw418's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts in the absence of a manifest error. Players who believe a game outcome was the result of a technical malfunction or an error in sw418's systems should submit a detailed complaint to the support team within 7 days of the relevant event.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support channel, you may escalate through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the Help / FAQ section of the Platform. sw418 aims to resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
